Terms and Conditions

I I declare that:

1. The information given by me in the register form is truthful;
2. I am or will be 10 y.o. on the day of the competition;
3. If on the day of the competition I am not 18 years old, I will participate only if I will provide written parental consent.
4. I participate in the competition and I am aware of all the risks for my health and life;
5. I am physically prepared and mentally healthy;
6. My physical and health condition  allow me to participate in the event without doing something against the doctors’ orders;
7. I will follow the marked route without leaving it; I will let the organizers and/ or the people at the check-points know if I won’t be able to come to the final;
8.  In the course of my participation, I will comply with the organizers’ rules, their representatives and the organs of the order concerning the change of the route, crossing the state border, immediate termination of my participation or other orders aimed at protecting my health or life, to prevent me from breaking the law or make the necessary adjustments for the proper functioning of the event;
9. When the route passes through sections of road traffic, I will move with caution on the left side of the road and comply with the orders of the organizers, volunteers and law enforcement agencies;
10. When the route follows roads with motor traffic, I will follow the route and will not go out unless the marking or the organizers' representatives direct me there;
11. I will not hold the organizers responsible for any injuries of any kind during the event;
12. No action will be taken from me and / or third parties (including parents, guardians, heirs) to claim compensation from the organizers and / or partners of the event for any damage suffered by me during or after my participation in the event;
13. I or my parents / guardians / guardians / heirs will pay the costs of my medical care, if any, and we will not subsequently claim reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the organizers and / or partners of the event.
14. During the event, I will not throw waste along the route, except within 50 meters of the start / finish line and the points along the route and in the designated places for waste;
15. I won’t take any forbidden stimulating substances;
16. I will accept the decision of the organizers regarding the ranking;
17. I have read and understand the contents of the declaration as well as the rules for participation and I agree with them, which I confirm with a check mark when registering.

* For participants under 18 years old there must be declared written consent by the parent/ guardian. The written declaration is given at the receiving the bib.

II I give my concent to:

1. Get medical help when needed during the event;

2. Have photos and videos taken during the event and have photos and videos posted and used for advertising purposes;

3. Not to be ranked if I violate the rules of the event;

4. The organizers are allowed to keep information about me - names, date of birth, gender, location indicated by me, team name, telephone number, email address and other data required by the registration procedure;

5. The organizers are allowed to publish information about my participation in the event, containing the ranking, names, date of birth or age, gender, place of residence, team name, time for the whole route and parts of it.

6. To receive information from the organizers on my e-mail.

III The organizer Club Green Foot is not responsible for:

1. Injuries, traumas of any nature, animal attacks, illnesses or death of the participants in the event;

2. The authenticity of the information entered by the participants at their registration;

3. For possible delay in checking the documents of the border authorities, obstacles of an administrative and other nature, or inability to cross the border of participants for reasons beyond the organizer's control, as well as for the authenticity of the documents of the participants and their behavior with regard to official persons and compliance with the laws and  regulations.

 IV Rules:

1. Only physically healthy competitors can participate in the competition;
2.  All participants (except for those at 2 km distance and those at 13 km who do not yet have an identity document issued) should be at the start with a valid ID card or passport;
3.  Individual participants must be 10 years of age for a distance of 13 km, 14 years for a distance of 21 km and 18 years for a distance of 42 km;
4.  A parent or authorized trainer may accompany one child between the ages of 14 and 18 for the distance of 42 kilometers;
5.  A parent or authorized trainer may accompany one child between 9 and 14 years of age for the distance of 21 kilometers;
6.  A parent or an authorized trainer may accompany one child between the ages of 7 and 10 years for the distance of 13 kilometers.
7.  In the case of an accompanied and accompanying participant, the registration of the two is common and they move together along the route, measuring the time of only one participant;
8. The competitors must cling to the marked route and not deviate from it;
9.  If timing is done with reusable chips, participants are obliged to return their chip after they have stopped participating in the finals or if they have dropped it out on the track. Organizers may ask participants to check their chip at each point as well as at the finish. An accompanied and accompanying  participant may receive only one common chip;
10. Every participant should strive to move and pass safely with other participants and other people on and around the track. When passing by other road users and pedestrians, follow the right-hand traffic rule;
11. Only registered competitors are allowed to take part if they had paid the fee and had attached their bib;
12.  Participants must wear the required by the organizers equipment - a water tank for all distances, except for the 2 km kids’ run.
13.  Participants are obliged to strictly follow the instructions of the organizers, their representatives and the law enforcement agencies on both sides of the border;
14. Any participant whose physical and mental condition does not allow his / her safe participation in the event may be terminated by the medical persons or the organizers;
15. The organizers have the right to change the place of the start / finish, to make changes       along the route and to change the start time if there is a valid reason and if they inform the participants on time;
16. Participation fees will not be refunded unless the event does not take place due to the fault of the organizers. The fee or a part of it may be refunded at the request of the participant, if the organizers have put in place the appropriate rules about this and only within a specified by them period before the event starts;
17. Registrations and bibs must not be transferred from one participant to another. Registration and bibs are personal;

18. Participants may change the distance they have enrolled after they have paid their fee, but only during a period determined by the organizers, for an additional fee (if so determined) and to cover the difference between the fees if the new distance is with higher fee. If the fee for the newly selected distance is lower, the difference is not refunded;

19. Organizers have the right to cancel, stop and choose a new date for the event and also choose a new route if it is impossible to carry out or because of risks, related to a natural disaster, war, severe thunderstorm, terrorist act, hurricane, emergencysituation or other threat to the lives of the participants, as well as to avoid the spread of infections;
    20. All participants are required to be at the start no later than an hour before the start if they have not received their bibs and no later than 30 minutes before the start if they have already received them;
    21. Each participant may alert the organizers of any discrepancy in the ranking by enclosing the information and / or materials available to support their claim. He/ she is then obliged to wait for their decision and accept it. Organizers are obliged to respond as quickly as possible.
    22. Organizers may, at the time of receiving of the bibs, ask all the participants to fill in a printed statement, representing this text or each participant to confirm with the signature the text;
    23. Each accompanying participant signs a special declaration upon receiving of the bibs;
    24. Each participant under the age of 18 must submit a statement of agreement with his or her participation in the event, signed by the parent / guardian.
